We specialize in dry cured whole muscle meats like bresaola, lomo, lonzo, and lonzino. Each cut is carefully crafted and aged for rich flavor—no fillers, no shortcuts.

Where can I buy your products?

You can order directly from our website or find us at Seattle-area farmers markets. We’re also working to bring our meats to select retail shops soon.
